Annual Viking Classic Car Show
On October 19, 2024, beautiful downtown Solvang, famous as the Danish capital of America, will be transformed into a classic car (and motorcycle) mecca as more than 200 pre-2000 impeccably restored, stock and customized vehicles of every make, model and type including hot rods, sports cars, muscle cars, vans, pickups, trucks, motorcycles, and other special interest vehicles fill the streets, competing for coveted prizes.
Special features include music throughout the day, a beer and wine garden, a Viking food bar, and the famous Vikings of Solvang parade longboat for inspection and tour. An awards ceremony takes place in Solvang Park in the late afternoon.
All money raised goes to the Vikings of Solvang Endowment Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization which provides funding for the medically related needs of qualified individuals and health care organizations in the Santa Ynez Valley and throughout Santa Barbara County.

Gala tickets $100/person
A fabulous Santa Maria style BBQ meal with all the “fixins,” wine, beer, and soft drinks prepared by the Vikings of Solvang BBQ Team, as well as dessert, silent and live auctions. Registration opens July 4, 2024.

Enter your pre-2000 vehicle or motorcycle for participation during the Annual Viking Classic Car Show. You’ll receive a t-shirt, as well as have the option to attend the Gala Dinner.
Proceeds go to the Vikings of Solvang, a 501(c)3 charity, to help for the medically related needs of qualified individuals and health care organizations within Santa Barbara County, and may be tax deductible.
Learn more about vehicle classes here. A new class, "Specialty Vehicles," has been added. This is for vehicles that don't easily fit into our current classes and are unique or unusual. Specialty vehicles may be made after 1999. Inquiries can be made here.
Sponsor the Show
Depending on level of sponsorship, your logo/name may appear on banners displayed during the show and on class awards presented to winners during the awards ceremony.

Be a Vendor

A limited number of vendor spaces will be available. Please email carshow@vikingsofsolvang.org to reserve your spot.
The vendor fee is $100. If a vendor does not have a current, valid City of Solvang Business Certificate, they must obtain one by the date of the show unless they can present proof of non-profit status.
